Quick Release Swivel Rear Captains Chairs?

Hello, I have a 1994 Dodge 350 Sportsmobile, it has the configuration to move the two rear captains chairs to 3 separate locations via a quick release swivel seat mount. I wanted to find out who manufactured the mount or if there are others out there to add another seat. Basically it is a flush base under the carpet and the chair mount is a steal tube that LOCKS into the base in the floor into 4 notches.

Did the van start out with factory windows and seats? ie a Ram wagon?

Hmmm, that I do not know as I am the 2nd owner. I am not sure how it was delivered to Sportsmobile for conversion.

Factory Ram wagons had glass all the way around and slots to mount the seats in. Any other setup is aftermarket. Many suppliers. Few clues. Look for stickers on the bases.
