SMB Texas Factory Visits

Following in the spirit of SMB West Factory visits I thought I'd start a thread for Texas on account I'm going to be there on 7/18 and have about 9 hours to kill. Anyone on here getting built in Texas?

Grvy,

I saw your rig getting the one day PH installed..... you were in the bay directly behind my future SMB (the one with a big hole in the top at that point in time)

Re: SMB Texas Factory Visits

I try to make my first post in a new forum a useful one, so:

I will be at SMB:Austin on Friday, 5/15. If anyone needs me to look out for anything, let me know.

Re: SMB Texas Factory Visits

We were in Austin the last week of March and stopped by SMB just to complete our visits to all three sites now. Seemed like they were pretty busy with all bays full and several vans under construction in the parking area also. Like the other two sites, everyone was very friendly and helpful. "Just feel free to look at any of the vans, etc." Overall, maybe a little bigger than Indy, but not too much. Seemed like they had more Sprinters under construction than Fords.

Re: SMB Texas Factory Visits

I will be there 4/27 having a PH installed on my old Quigley Ford. Planning on stopping in Marfa, Big Bend NP and perhaps a day trip to San Antonio in there as well.
