SMB West visit

I'm down in Fresno, heading to SMB tomorrow to get some work done.

I'm replacing my PH top fiberglass. It has bowed in the center way too much and the area around the roof vent fan is leaking AGAIN. So I'm getting a new top (just the fiberglass bit) without a roof vent fan hole in it, and some solar panels and a few other odds and ends.

Will let you all know how it goes. I am leaving the van there while I head off on a work trip for a couple of weeks.

For those of us in the early build planning stages, please take lots of pictures

Good luck on your top replacement!

Re: SMB West visit

I did take some pics. They're basically just modeling it on the E350 van shape. (I was expecting a Fuso like box van shape). It is slightly wider at the base and roof than the van. So the penthouse could be quite wider....

Will try and post later.

Right now it is just roughed out fiberglass on a cutaway chassis.
