sprinter w/PH top in build mode at SMB West

Howdy

After making a quick first time visit to SMB West, I just had to get a Sprinter w/Pop Top (been dreaming of it for a couple years).

Fortunately, they had one unclaimed that was in the early stages of build out that they allowed me to "hijack" and get some things built to my liking.

Because I am in Colorado and have been working with SMB remotely, I would greatly appreciate any "live" feedback (pictures would be great) of progress on my Sprinter. They are a couple of things in particular I am interested in tracking.

So... If anyone is planning a visit, please let me know.

thanks in advance!

I am trying to get to Fresburg to pick up my completed van next week.

Let me know what you want pictures of, or maybe that is too soon for them to have done anything significant.

I found that Jonny at SMB was willing to email me pix of my van in progress, so you might rely on them for u/dates as well.

Congrats on taking the plunge.

Hi Esmi

Thanks for the offer. You are right, they have not probably done anything significant at this point. Still, I would not mind getting a shot or 2 of where they are at now so i have something to reference later.

Down the road, I am interested in "watching" the progress in general but more specifically the install of a custom locking cabinet in the bottom of the closet cabinet (RB150 layout) and the install of the Espar Airtronic and Hydronic items. They are also supposed to remove the preexisting propane tank from the underside of the van (going all diesel).

By "jonny" I Assume you mean Jonathan Feld? if so, he's my sales guy and I will pester him for shots too.

best regards!
