Window cover and window screens for tow mirrored van

I spend some time today carefully constructing a pattern to send off to Franchers upholstry shop http://fanchers.com/228/vanagon%20sun%2 ... creens.htm To have some window covers with integrated roll up blinds with screens in them made for my van. Here's the patten construction yes I know there are some wrinkles in the pattern. When it's all done I'll post some photos. This will replace both the inside cab curtain and the window screens with a single unit. The downside of coarse is the almost 300.00 price tag.
