Yes, yes it does.
Good testament to the durability, but not something you really want happening. Also one of my rechargeable "quads" wasn't recharged once, don't know if it's taking a charge (haven't gone thru all 4 again) did I mention rechargeables and I don't get along?
Still if it really breaks, I'll buy another one ASAP.
