Ipad dash mount

Suction cup/s off the window might be another bomber solution as well!

Re: Ipad dash mount

Try these guys. They have lots of mounts, most of which do not require drilling. I use one of their iPhone mounts in my 2008 E350.

Illegal in California, and in my experience (Garmin Nuvi's) they like to jump off with temperature and altitude changes.

Also, was this meant as a response to some other thread?

Actually that law was changed, you can have a typical GPS located on the lower left or right side of the front window now but only a specific size area is allowed to be blocked. No I-pads in the corners

Re: Ipad dash mount

Thanks Dave, I never knew the CA law changed. However, I've never liked the windshield mounts for some of the reasons Jage mentioned.

We are still extremely happy with our iPad mount. It has been extremely sturdy and has never come loose. That being said, we've only had it on mild, off-road situations so far, but it has survived many bumps and 9 hour plus trips.
