relatively easy to carry with the optional backpack (which also carries the PETT toilet and WAG bags)

I just had occasion to visit the Texsport Deluxe shower shelter. It's two rooms, divisible with a screen. Removable floor, and you can hang a shower bag. 4.5 x 4.5'. Same as the Cabelas one... But $65 @ Walmart. Rather nice, but sorta flimsy and not fast to set up. You could probably beef it up.
