Adding words to the forum spellchecker dictionary?

Hey Jage,
I know this is a small think but it does bug me.
Is there a way to add words to the forum software so they don't get underlined as misspelled?
If the answer is "Yes" can you start with:

center

Thanks,
Dave

Might as well add 'forum' while you're at it. (sorry, Dave)

The forum has a spell checker?

Since when?

I use Firefox and see the same thing. At work, we use IE, and it's either that application or our firewalls that prevent seeing that functionality.

It is Firefox. Just found it.
Edit->Preferences->Advanced->General
There is a checkbox for "Check my spelling as I type".

Re: Adding words to the forum spellchecker dictionary?

OK, found the answer to my original question.
While in the text field, right click. A drop down menu appears. Pick Languages then another drop down menu with a bunch of different "English/ Country_Name" check boxes.
Just check "English/United States".
Don't ask me why but mine was set on "English/Hong Kong"

Re: Adding words to the forum spellchecker dictionary?

I thought it was the forum, too but I use foxfire. How do you get it to drop down a list of suggested spellings? I have to use my Franklin spelling ace. Note: when I typed franklin it is underlined but the underline goes away when I capitalize the "F".

I just found this out myself. Right click on the underlined word.
