Cannot view member list

Trying to access other members sites bout when I click on link I get error message "you are not authorized to view memberlist or profiles."

How do I get this changed? I would like to search the membership list to see where other folks are etc.

To make it wordy, you need to be a fully matriculated member in order to see who's who on the forum... meaning more legitimate posts.

That said, not a lot of people complete the location information anyway, so I think you're fishing a dry creek there.
