Re: 2001 7.3 Quigley to Overland America's Adventure Vehicle

Another minor update...been slow going getting back to the build since Expo East. We sold our home the week of Thanksgiving so we've been out of sorts.

Our vision for the Interior
Floor Plan Changes
Solar Panel and Exterior Lights

Here's our newly proposed floor plan:

We expect to pick up the pace and start the electrical and walls soon.

Insulation and Trim Pieces

Here's where we are so far. We have to install some new penthouse covers Mandi made and a few other things before the walls are completely finished. We'll start on the vinyl flooring or platforms next.

Nice, the interior is giving a Mystery Machine vibe. Should we start referring to the two of you and Fred and Daphne?

Thanks! We're starting to also call our van the Wonder Wagon, everyone stops to ask questions as we are building it. Kind of a juxtaposition of the Mystery Machine since we've used similar colors. Mandi would say she's more like Velma. After we move into the van we may be more like Shaggy and Scooby, might be long stretches between showers.

Loving the interior. It'll never feel too dark in there with those bright colors. Nice.

Thanks Eric. All of the panels are modular so they can be recovered as needed or just to change the color scheme. That would require the removal of the rest of the interior we will be building so it won't be an easy task. The green could be easily replaced for a quick refresh. If we could we'd get the tenting in purple, talk about stepping it up a notch.
