My two favorite girls got started on refinishing the wood floor.

Did you get that transfer case from Van Compass?

If you don't get that, take a look at some of their demo products.

You should check out jydog's build of a similar box van. He didn't go the whole 4x4 route, but did just about everything else that you could to it.

No. A guy locally built it for his truck, then totaled his truck and parted it out.

Anyone here a wood floor refinisher? I’m trying to figure out what wood filler would be best for the floor of my van? I’m thinking something that stays flexible maybe latex wood filler? I believe the floor is pine by the smell from sanding.

What rearend is this? Is this what came in all vans or is it different because of the box conversion?

Full float Dana 60. Never seen a full float D44 in N. America.

Full float is a stronger unit by virtue of larger bearings and other gypsy dressings.
