Oh no, you'll never notice it. That is very little weight for such a big van. Since I've been hauling freight in my van for the last 6 mos. or so I've been doing a LOT of shade tree research on load balancing, drivability, etc. It takes about 500 lbs. of something for you to even know it's there in the Transit. In fact, it is much better in many respects with a few hundred pounds on it.
Due to my needs I have a lot of weight on the driver's side and never notice it. This includes me (150 lbs. plus hmmmm, maybe 50.....sometimes....OK, all the time
), my 4cf Truckfridge stuffed with food and beverages, 7 gallons of water (Aquatainer) and all of my pantry and bigger deeper cabinets are on the left due to the rear AC box rendering that space useless for any freight from the back door forwards. To clarify, left cabinets are 1-1.5' deep and passenger side are about 10" deep so all the bigger stuff like tools, shoes, etc. goes on the driver's side. All that plus a very heavy inverter. No problem.
