Re: Adding side windows to GMC Van (EB)

If memory serves me right, I ordered mine through the van conversion shop that bought and installed my windows. My goal was to maximize the interior usable width of the van for sleeping cross wise in the van. Worked fine for my wife 5'7" but not for me 6'1/4". The usable width I ended up with was 5' 11 3/4" or there a bouts. We only sleep down below in very, very windy weather or very cold weather. I have to sleep on an angle to be comfortable.

Re: Adding side windows to GMC Van (EB)

Hi Ubergeek,
Sorry to hijack your thread, but I ordered a CRL window yesterday with a 2 1/4" trim ring. Im afraid I should have gone with 1/8" and made a wood trim ring when finishing walls.
No return policy at local glass place.
What did you end up going with?
Thanks in advance.
