Does anybody know anything about an Air Snugger diesel heater? It appears to be a D2 knockoff/rebadge. At $750, its as cheap as you can find a used Espar/Webasto. Any thoughts or experience? http://www.sleeperac.net/SPECIALS.html
They also have a hydronic heater too.

I have only heard the Standard "Chinese Knock-off Garbage" comments. I have a Wabasto and can only sary good things. I know that all Espar/Webasto heaters need to be run at least once a month to keep them clean. Pluging the intake/exhaust when not using will help keep the dust out, just remember to unplug before use.

I've never heard of these before either. One thing I noticed. The email address of the web site selling them is a gmail.com account. Wouldn't exactly fill me with confidence.
Diesel heaters look pretty nice. One question I have for you guys that run em is, do you ever smell diesel exhuast around the inside or outside of the van?
I don't have mine hooked up yet, so can't really comment for fumes. It seems the biggest complaint I've heard is exhaust noise, though Espar makes a little muffler to help with that. They seem to be very popular - I'm excited to get mine hooked up for sure.

On startup and shut down I will smell diesel with the hydronic but not usually on the airtronic. If the windows are open, you can smell it inside if the wind is blowing the exhaust back at you. It's so brief I don't care about it.

Any New Reviews from any members on the Air Snugger Heaters?
Or any other knock off brand diesel heaters? I'm getting ready to figure out my heat in my build and wanted to get some feedback if any of these knock off's are decent quality so that I can put the savings into other area's of my build. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
