The cabinets look great. What are you using for a finish on them?

Ambo with a Pop Top would be amazing!

For the upper ones I only varnish them. For the lower one I haven't decided yet but I might paint them to somewhat match the bed/dinette cushions, haven't devised yet.

And yes, I can't wait to get going with the roof! I'll be trying to do. It all in 1 day on Feb 13th (I'm crazy)! At least that's the day my buddy can help me with the welding part...

Last minute change. I had nice hollow space at the top of the cabinet so figured I'd maximize it somehow... Here's what I came up with:

Kleenex box storage

Upper front cabinet is all done, just need to varnish it and mount it once the roof is all done. Test fit was good so I can just about call it a day.

Quick little update. Installed more led lights inside my cabinets, install more upper cabinets at the front and received the missing link into my soon to be custom poptop ambo. Any guess?
I also started painting the lower cabinets but no pics till the job is completed

Well, the point of no return is getting closer! I'm not sure Mr. Baroud would be impressed with me but I just cut a giant hole in the bottom of his tent

But once laying flat no one could tell, all good!

Time to do the same with my roof...

Cheers
David
