Betty White!! Added the Pop Top

Well here is the blank canvas on which I get to morph into something super cool and 1 of a kind.
More to come I promise.

That's right its a Dura Max Diesel.

Its a 2006 extended Chevy 2500 Cargo Van with 60000 miles 2WD with a Dura Max.

Im thinking about a small lift leaving it 2WD for awhile (im sure I will change my mind this coming winter} but for now I just going to concentrate on the inside. and a roof. Have been tossing around a fix raised roof but i dont think thats for me. I might just have Sportsmobile put their pop top on it, I just wish they would sell it to me and let me do it. At least if they do it I can run with a Sportsmobile sticker!
Im open to any and all suggestions

Im also not sure what to name it I like "Betty White" but "Moby Dick" was a white whale right? So if you have a good name send it I would love it.

Thanks Guys and girls
Ron

Great drive train and the Duramax is quiet. Nice find looks clean! What kind of top are you thinking for this one?

I have not! Yet! I really like the the low profile of the pop top and I will be driving the Van almost every day. But I plan on checking out a raised roof for sure. I like the one ive seen on some older Dodge Vans with the 3 windows in the front. What is the name of the company up your way I will look them up.

Thanks Ron

Re: Betty White!!

Today I did the insulation.
Sides and the floor.
I'm not going to do the roof until I at the Pop Top.

I'm still not sure if I'm going to do a wood floor or not I sure like the way it looks with a nice wood floor. but do i need it. That's the battle
