Countertop cut out for Dometic sink/cooktop combo

Does anyone have a template for cutting a countertop for a Dometic MO8322 Sink/2 burner cooktop? This thing is tricky and I don't want to ruin a butcher block countertop.

Cut the dimensions out of heavy cardboard, melamine or 1/8" plywood first, make sure the unit fits the hole perfectly, then you have a template for your butcher block. Cutting the sink into my butcher block I had the same concerns. Good luck.

That's a great idea! I have been using templates all thru this conversion so I don't know why I did not consider that. Very much appreciated.
