I would recommend installing some Dynamat while you are at it. Improves bass response and also deadens road noise.

That's a great idea Tapatio---thanks for reminding me!

Covering the inner side of the outer skin about 30% gives a great sonic benefit. I've also considered using radiant barrier type insulation to dampen the road noise ect---works wonders on the walls & ceiling for the same reason too. I'd use a water resistant adhesive like 3M's 08090; pricey but worth the cost considering its effectiveness.
