Yep, mine leaks too, I get wet carpet on the driver's side under the floor mat. It's a common problem on Ford vans, most folks fix it with a windshield/seal replacement but sometimes it comes from the rain gutter seal deteriorating where it meets the windshield. Look up above your door for cracks or rust there (even though you have a fiberglass top). I have a fiberglass top too and it still leaks.
