Ford Funeral Van Seats

I was looking for a possible replacement seat to the long three person seat behind the driver and I found this photo on the Ford Fleet Sales funeral van page. This is apparently an interior that you can purchase through Ford and appears to have built in seat belts so I assume it would be as safe as any other ford seat. Has anybody out there seen or used these for a home build?

I was just trying to find another example i saw but it's been removed from Craigslist. These look really sweet and i saw another conversion like this recently. It wasn't factory and the name is escaping me! Anyway, you or someone else might be familiar with some of the multiple passenger seat conversion options, this one had a sticker on the window that said "equipped with ??????? seating, and it was set up just like this.
Anyway, sorry, i know this isn't much help but i'll try and find it and post it. It was a much better option than the factory benches and looked alot better than the airport shuttle looking stuff.

If you were looking for a bench seat I have a 3rd row 3 person seat from my 2006 E350 that you can have. Its Ford gray fabric. If you take the bench then also take the seatbelts and bench mounting brackets.
