Home Build Meet Up?

Are there any kinds of meetups focused on folks who do home builds? Would anyone be interested? Maybe in the Fall?

Lots of the home-brewers are eastern folks, I believe. Some of us are deep in the heart of Texas.

And then there's the Swiss contingent.

Name somewhere cool and I'll be there! I'm already planning a 2-month-ish swing -- perhaps mid-August to mid-October -- up to Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Utah.

We've also got an Icelander now too!

I'd be all for Montana... I've never been there, it's close, and it's supposed to be awesome. Guess maybe I should edit the first post and make a poll. Before I do that, maybe everyone should throw out their wishlist?

Re: Home Build Meet Up?

DOnt know if I could make it but southwestern Montana may be the most beautiful place I have been. Check out the bearclaw (bearpaw?) highway. It runs near the border of wyoming and is touted as the most scenic road in the us, and after driving its entire length one afternoon i am a believer. There must be some great camping around there too.
