Good job, I'll be starting ours in a little over a week, were really excited to get started (on the interior) so we can be finished & using our creation! Keep the pic's coming and your parts list (If you don't mind).
Enjoy

Re: Home built 2007 Ford E150 van with Sportsmobile top

HI
I know this thread is old, but I was searching for a template to build side walls in my 1999 Ford e250 work van. I use it for my mobile detailing business and would love to make the inside look organized and clean looking. After looking at your post of how you cut out the plywood to fit the back sides of your van , I wanted to know how you drew the template? Could you share the dimensions, or was it more of a measure and cut thing?
Thanks

I used stiff paper.
Then, I cut and pasted the paper (trial & error) to get the curves that were needed for making the template.
Then, I transferred the template to the 1/8" plywood.
For the straight panels, it was more a measure & cut thing.
