Just a thought: I see on your drawing that the seat and back do a right angle. Have you ever tested this position? Personally, I find a seat much more comfortable when this angle is more open, between 100° and 110°, don't you?

Thank you very much for the advice. I redraw the design of my sofa-bed and it's much better like that. Now I have 105°. Any other advise?? I'll try to begin the construction this weekend.

I didn't find the van yet. I know I doing this in the wrong way...
But I had some free time and I always need a project.

I'm looking for a E-350 Extended PS6 or 5.4 and make EB50-51 configuration.
A lot of fun is coming.
