dang, 6-7 months out? he was only a month out 4 years ago when I got my ccv top. crazy how times change. obviously busier than a 3 legged cat covering crap, lol.
either way, lack of response is frustrating as hell. he had a good excuse when we were doing business, but sounds like hes busy and dealing with employee issues. regardless, he needs to keep the warm fuzzies with customers otherwise they will bail. its a lot of money to float and be left hanging. keep trying and keep leaving messages and emails. it sucks you gotta be a pita, but you need to know status so you can plan accordingly as well. its a two way street.
that said, we are still really happy with our ccv top 4 years later. best of luck!

Just a rooftop tent, not a pop-top. Couldn't tell if you were just being sarcastic and joking (which is likely).

I didn't get the CCV top, but had them build out some of the interior. Nothing too exotic. I'd give them a grade of 6.5/10 on workmanship and 4/10 on communication.

Hey, that's pretty good!
I'm a huge fan of my CCV top, and Derek is a super nice guy, but I'd give his communication more like a 2/10, maybe a 3/10!

I live about 10 mins from Derek's shop. If you get real desperate I can pop over and asking him WTF??? Just kidding… sort of. But I can ask him where things are at and to have him please contact you.
I know this can be a bit unnerving but it's back to the typical CCV customer service since Matt left to do his own thing… rentals. Anyhow send me an PM and I'll give you my contact info.

Does anyone have any other way to contact them?

I hope I don't need to take you up on your offer. I'll keep trying for a few more days.
