I found this 2003 7.3L EB 4x4 (Denver Fleet conversion)! It's a high mileage rig that has a newly rebuilt tranny and the motor was pulled and gone through. The 4wd system has almost no miles on it. It was a prison transport in Arizona in its past life.
A new blank slate to do my own build on.
Can I be first in line for my next van? Loving your last one!

Still continuing the slow process of a build while still using the van on regular getaways.
Made a galley box out of baltic birch, added a few layers of sound deadening, cut in openings and installed fender vents, and swapped in a full float D60 w/4:10's and a Detroit TruTrac up front.

Oh, also made a side door panel, put 35" Toyo Open Country AT's and AR Mojave wheels on it.
Edit to add: Can any forum mods move this to the Homebuild section?

Looking good! Like the 35's and the Toyo's are awesome. Love mine a lot. Keep up the build thread, like seeing your progress.

Snowmobile vents? You must be getting pretty good at installing them. Isn't this your second or third install of fender vents?

Laughing....the vents are my second install. I think years ago I did a writeup on my vent install on my previous SMB.

Got my swivel base from 1der the other day so I decided to toss it in. Great quality and built very stout!! Once I installed it I realized that my previous SMB had a little storage cubby under there to not only be aesthetically pleasing but add a space for stuff I don't need.
I fabbed up some brackets and painted them (not pictured) and made some panels.
