I installed my fabbed bike rack today as well. I designed a rather simple system using aluminum. I ended up having a local shop weld it up the rest of the way.

Piece by piece it's still slowly coming together.
Mainly interior work now. I still have to finish the upper side panels, trim, countertop, shelves, staining, plumbing and heating.

Wow, its been a while since I was on here! I just started back into plugging away on the van after a very busy summer. Between vacation and wildland fire deployments I've been gone since May.
Still working on the interior which will soon include adding a countertop, sink,furnace and water heater.
Recently added speakers, an amp and a small subwoofer, upper interior panels and finished the bike rack.
Threw in a pic of my ride for most of the summer. A 2016 HME Model 34D. It's a beast!

Finishing up the propane tank for installation. It's a 5.9 gallon unit from GoWesty.
I fabricated some brackets to get it to tuck nicely between the frame rails. Remote fill and vent as well as a remote tank level indicator.
