Inside door storage, show me yours please!

I've searched the forum but have not found much.
I'm trying to plan what type of storage I will be doing on the inside of the barn doors in my campervan conversion, I actually have 3 doors that I can add storage inside (see drawing).

What type of storage should I build? just a plain 12"wide x 12"high x 3" deep with a 3" bottom lip? with netting?

For general storage or specific items (like fire extinguishers)

Can you show me a picture of your door storage? or give me advice/ideas?

Thanks!

Only 2 out of the three offer useful storage space in my opinion. The rear passenger side door has limited space because of the recessed license plate frame.
Here's what i did. It's simple and functional. Also of note I put sound deadener, Ultratouch insulation and finished them on the inside with carpet.
