I like the black Rhino liner top and the omage to the 70's with the port holes and you even put one on the drivers side even though it 's non funtional. That 's comitment! What have you done re batteries?

That's a different kind of candy!

Maybe they are trying to attract someone a little older?

Re: Introducing the CNDYVAN

Thanks for all the support! The rear floor has a massive storage hold (see pic) and we added an extra battery for some more power.

For my birthday my girl got me a "Willy Wonka" suit to go with the van. It accompanies us on all our trips:

Check out the custom plate Totally legit.

Re: Introducing the CNDYVAN

Just curious about the item hanging near the side doors---is that an awning perhaps?

If so any photos of it deployed, brand name, model etc?

If I missed that somewhere in your write-up apologies in advance.

And oh yeah----lovin' all you've done so far---the exterior color is very, very cool too!

Re: Introducing the CNDYVAN

what bed are you using? I have plans for a similar interior build and Im having a hard time finding a bed that will work without just building one like a westy bed.

thanks!

My bed is the standard SMB Gaucho. You can purchase just the gaucho from SMB if you wanted, its not the cheapest but its a great solution.

I also really like these beds and their ability to fold up and out of the way:

That looks like a Shady Boy Awning, although it looks shorter than mine.

Here is a pic of my van.

More info in this thread: Shady Boy Awning.

EDIT: I see you got your answer from joearlo in your other thread.

Cheers,
Brent
