As mentioned earlier in this thread, I'd just need to know the cut out of the inside of the van. Then I can let you know if we can pop it's top. We've done these before so I'm gonna say 95% yes... email me at mark@coloradocampervan.com again our frame for the lift and the way we bolt it in you'll be fine.

Hi Mark ! Thanks for chiming in here... (Are you CCV or affiliate ?)
I don't own that van in the picture, or one like it at this point but just wondering if I should explore that avenue. I'll give you a call unless you would rather discuss it here.... the information would likely be beneficial to someone else ?

Guess I would need to be in the van to check real dimensions of the original cut. Wonder if you can tell by the picture attached ?

So you want a pop top installed on a high top? Seeing as how all of that nice finish work would go to waste when it’s all cut out for the pop top to be installed, I’d opt for looking at a different base to start with. Unless you’re thinking of doing just a hatch cut out.
Mark, I don’t see how CCV’s top would fit properly onto one of those curved fiberglass high tops?

Hmmmm, good point.... Like to hear more about this too but my guess is all that comes off and scrapped and the new top placed starting from the hole that was started (?)

I'm talking about removing the top all together and putting one of our tops on it. We would never use this top... I didn't know what was going on inside the van as we've had these come in and be gutted. We take the old top off trash it and put either our mid top or high top in place. Sorry for the confusion.
