Top was about $5600.00 installed you may notice in the picture I had them cut the hole for the max fan, the top is curved side to side I will be working on solar panel install hopefully next weekend

I think it looks good but not sure its for me. I like the stealth of the pop top. Sure are a lot of you guys going that way.

I actually think a high top is more stealthy. If a pop top is up, someone is probably inside. Not necessarily so with a high top.

Right, with no pop top up, I think a pop top is stealthier. Otherwise I think the high top is.

I'm installing the maxxfan 7000K and for the silicon odor, air fresheners are working great.

Nice seeing others going this route.

@John S, I have the same Maxx Fan to install as you. I wasn't sure where I wanted it located so didn't have Fiberine cut it. Also, keep me posted on your solar install. I'm on the fence between rack and roof mounting.

By the same token, I wouldn't raise a pop top is stealth was the choice.
At least you'd have that choice.
