Arrow KongBus E350 Build Thread

I'll document some of the work since purchasing on the 4th of July weekend.

Installed a Weatherguard 3063 Pack Rat Bed Drawer Unit.

Insulated the ceiling.

Installed 200w Renology solar system.

Reclaimed redwood planks on the ceiling.

Create a queen bed platform (that I intend to improve upon).

(soon i'll learn how to embed more photos into a post than just than just the 5 attachments allowed)

Next up is mood lighting and upholstering the walls.

Looking good. What did you use for the wall panels?

1/4" plywood with fabric stretched and stapled... turned out better than expected

Homemade swamp cooler. Wasn't as effective as I would have liked but kept the van at a somewhat acceptable temperature

Nice looking build!

What size speakers are those in the rear doors?

6x9's and they fit without cutting the doors. The new door panel held them far enough off

Found some Yakima racks collecting dust in the back of a bike shop... $60 for the whole setup with posts & bars!

And I got the rear & slider windows tinted to 5%
