Just so we understand and that I'm not trying to be snarky but I offered my advise also based upon having now insulated and paneled 4 different E250's. While internet research might seem valuable practical experience over the longer terms maybe being slightly valuable--------maybe not?
Use what's there or not----its your van to do what suits you and enjoy the finished project!
