Patching small roof holes

As part of the updates to the van I removed the Thule tracks that were on the roof. Am looking for suggestions on ways to patch the holes left after removing the screws. One thought I had was caulking the holes with butyl rubber. Any better solutions out there?

Larrie, I would patch them with fiberglass resin. It's going to bond properly to the existing fiberglass.

Got the resin yesterday. Hope to get the holes patched today. Raptor is down the road a ways. Need to get the leak shot stopped so I can finish the inside.
