Re: SOCAL build
The carpet tiles are self adhesive which is nice but not enough so I am using liquid nail to make sure they never move.

Re: SOCAL build
The perfect corner!!! Not all came out like this much like all my projects but it doesn't look bad and is getting done.

Re: SOCAL build
Used 3/4 angle for the under floor storage trim, build the top to cover it as well.

Re: SOCAL build
Building the tops are a pain. I have to stretch each piece out a bit because the plywood and carpet are a little more than 3/4. I am using a pipe to do this which is working out but adds another step which takes more time.

Re: SOCAL build
Got the plumbing finished. Made sure to seal all connections with silicon, don't want any leaks.

Re: SOCAL build
Ran out of carpet tile so I am stuck until I order more. Today I will wrap up some misc electrical and seal up anything under the van that needs it.

Re: SOCAL build
I put the switch panel here because after a test run camping for a few days I was getting in and out of the van to turn on\off the outside lights. These switches are for exterior LED's and the pump for the shower, no more climbing in the van to get to them.
With the sliding door closed I can still use the 12v adapter for what ever is need, there is plenty of room to get to it.
Later down the road I always add another switch panel if need.

Hey, nice bag. Just picked up one myself for a gear bag in the new box, fox tactical.

Re: SOCAL build
Since I am still waiting on the carpet tile I decide to wrap up a few other items.
I ran L bracket down the edge of the benches and will put 1x4's across to make the whole thing one big bed. I did the math and figured 12 would work. I had some left over OSB so I thought I would try that first, it did not work, was not thick enough so I went with stock 1x4. This will eventually extend to the back cabinet once I finish that door.
I will have cushions made for the benches and the back rest will Velcro the wall, those will fit in the middle where the 1x4's are.
1x4's will store in the bench.

Re: SOCAL build
Also put a kick plate in for the sliding door entry. Might paint it black, not sure yet.
