Nice continuation.

Just a tip to assemble pieces of wood: why don't you use pocket screws? It's so much stronger than the small metal square shown on you pictures. Google search "pocket screw" and you will find mill guide tool and stage mills specifically made for that. It's cheep and easy to use... ;-)

Great idea----Kreg is the big dog in that field, or at least in my experience here in the USA. They're great for hidden fastening of interior panels without exposed screw heads etc.

For light use such as we typically do on these sorts of build outs these work perfectly: https://www.kregtool.com/store/c13/k...reg-jigreg-r3/ This same kit is on eBay and Amazon for less I'm sure.

Like most cool tools once you have one you'll find more uses for it, if my experience is typical.

Thanks guys. A Kreg tool has been on my list for awhile. This build has been very much in the moment when I've had time so far. I'm not home much lately. I've been using supplies I already had on hand and I have LOTS of angle brackets. The home insulation I stuffed in all the voids seen in some pics is also from a lot I had left over from a home addition.

Cool, Steve, I dig that all around! No wonder Keens are so expensive. I think those GMC motorhomes get about 20 ft. per gallon!

Yes John, this is the same model that Panther and other places sell but you can get it a LOT cheaper by ordering from overseas. For whatever reason they're just about $200 in GB (pounds converted to USD). I paid around $250 shipped.

SMEV does offer a hot/cold faucet for it but cold is all I needed and i like Shurflo one I used. It has a switch for the water pump built in to the handle unlike most RV faucets.

Moving on to other small mods. First, I took some better pics of the basic layout thus far inside the van. Keep in mind that it is a slow work in progress and none of my cabinets or ideas are finished. I did manage to get my ceiling panels in this past weekend and then got one of my two Maxxair vents mounted.
