Nice install! Did you cut a hole in the roof and inset those in? Also, noticed the shirt. Do you have a Beta?

They're flexible panels, glued and screwed down. The gland boxes are also glued and screwed with the cables passing through a 1/2" hole in each one... full of sikaflex.
And yes.

And something else...

Sweet rides man. What's the bottom bike? I've got a 390RS. Keep up the good work on the van. Really like what you've done so far.

It's a small win but a win nonetheless.
So I bought a frame mount trailer hitch receiver and it didn't fit at all. My bumper stuck out too far and wasn't at the right elevation.
So I hacked it... a lot.

I stuck it out a little extra too so that my dirtbike hitch rack gets my bike out just far enough to clear the spare... and where the spare will end up once I build a new carrier for it too.

G'day.

Been watching & reading your thread. Great work on the welder, neat Solar install.

What engine do you have?

Mine is just sitting on the driveway, waiting for final Federal Import Approval, then State Registration.

Being doing little jobs, today, filing notches, top & bottom of rear hitch for non rattle
hitch extension pin. Put Fire Extinguisher behind rear spare tire mounting bracket. Thought, Fire Extinguisher would be better hidden on the outside!

Tommorrow, Install 8 Rock LED Lights, after work.

Have Thule Skybox coming next week.

Anyhow, keep up the great work
