Giving away (or even selling seats) shouldn't be too hard. For commercial users, the back seats are usually worn out well before the rest of the van. One E350 I worked on, the back seats were the only telltale (besides the ODO) that it had over 500,000 miles. Those seats were pretty haggard.

Took the plunge!

Added this beauty to the stable yesterday. CarMax had a great deal on a 2012 3400mi E250 cargo, so I jumped...will start another thread with the build (Penthouse top install scheduled for June 24th!)
