I think that's fair to say but they might have to sit on it awhile for the right buyer. Low - Mid 30's would bring a quick sell IMO.

Re: 03/04 FORD EB 7.3L Diesel 4x4 in Colorado

I personally wouldn't shy away from a 250k van, especially with the 7.3, but one must be realistic about 250k miles and 'mint' condition. Latches, bushings, flooring will be worn. Switches, seat/bed foam will be worn. Drivetrain and suspension components worn too Paint will have taken on a lot of gravel chips, juicy bugs, etc. I'm not arguing anything good or bad about the price of this van, just more of an FYI for anyone looking. Mint condition is a relative term. 250k miles is not.

Good luck to seller and buyer

I don't know how you put 250K miles on a van and have it look like you never climbed in the back. Or sat in the front. But if it really is in the condition in the pictures, it's still not worth $45K...

Re: 03/04 FORD EB 7.3L Diesel 4x4 in Colorado

I look at it this way

Used 7.3 EB w/250k = 4,000.00
Basic 4x4 w/4inch lift=16,000.00
Basic 50 floor plan=16,000.00
Smb/CCV top=7,000.00
Bumpers=4,500
Total 47,000.00
So there asking price really isn't that far off not to mention one still needs to recondition the used van anyway

Mid 30s sounds reasonable.
