Excellent condition, very clean

Never used any fluids in the apprx 30K miles I've owned it. Second owner.

Rides, handles and drives well.

No smoke, drips, leaks.

2 known problems. Will fix or adjust price accordingly.
Brake pedal sometimes pulses due to warped rotors.
Rear door does not always unlock with remote.

Penthouse (pop-top) with zip-open plastic windows, screens, and shades

Bed above stores on the ceiling when not in use. Gives stand up ceiling height from the front seats to back doors.

Fold-out gaucho (sofa) bed below w/seat belts

Pan-type front floor mats

Tow receiver hitch and wiring

Digital compass/thermometer in rear view mirror

Nearly new tires, apprx 5k miles. No unusual wear patterns. Full-size spare stored underneath.

Sportsmobile factory in Fresno, Texas and Indiana available for alterations and repairs.

Selling because retired and bought a larger RV.
