1-owner 1997 Ford SMB with 65k miles ~ $19950

No affiliation, but I looked at this yesterday and it's in pristine condition. Like an EB50 floorplan but with 2 extra quad chairs. Too big for my purposes, and the price seems a little steep for the age of the van. What do you guys think?

It is a really nice layout if you carry extra passengers. I was looking at that ad yesterday. $20k seems optimistic, but it does have low miles and a somewhat unique layout. If it was closer to me, I'd be seriously considering making an offer on it. We have a 98 EB Ford that I added a third-row captain's chair to for my son to use on the passenger side. But I had to take out the sink to do so, and there is no window on the driver's side of the van, which I always feel bad about (especially when we were driving around Yellowstone seeing all the wildlife on the "blind" side of the van).

If that was a little newer... like with a V10 newer...
