Washington, DC. Not me, no affiliation. Could be a sweet starter vehicle. Only wish the standard height of the ambo boxes was >6' so that us tall folk could manage standing up inside.... Looks to be in remarkable condition for it's age.
A little old, but like you said, it sure does look clean.
FWIW, I'm pretty sure the 93's were not turbo'd at all from the factory, so anyone interested should pay a little extra attention to the aftermarket turbo install to make sure it was done right.

Yeah, they definitely weren't turbo'd from factory, which is also why i was surprised to see the Banks already added. Would definitely want to be sure that it was done right....
I've looked into turbo kits for my IDI and the Banks (what this truck has)seems like the best of the lot. Not the most powerful and definitely not the cheapest, but generally the best developed. That said, all of the IDI turbo kits I've seen are fairly low boost. Low to the point where they don't generate enough heat to make an intercooler worth while.
Definitely a neat truck. If I were in the market for another project I'd be tempted.
Just be prepared for a lot more wear and tear than 55,000 miles would imply. You wouldn't believe what ambulance guys do to these things (I'm a paramedic, I know...)
