Lifted, but no mention of 4WD.
Appears to EB30 layout (my favorite.)
*** Added Plus:
1996 is the first year for the more-modern OBD2 engine computer for Ford (I believe) which makes any troubleshooting of these vans a bit easier than the 1995 and earlier OBD1 (like I bought, grrrrr.)
