I'm pretty sure that's the IDI version, the PowerStroke 7.3 started in the last half of 99 right?

I thought it was 97. This has some info hinting to 94/95 but it says 'trucks and vans' which is vague. I'm pretty sure I've seen 97 PS vans before.

94/95 was the IDI / PSD switchover. You could get a factory IDI turbo in the F-series in 94 which made that year a bit confusing.

Around 98/99 it seems there were some changes to the 7.3 PSD.
