Looks like a solid buy, and with a third captains chair...

Looks like two second row chairs. I'm not seeing the microwave mentioned, or a frig though.

I lived in Hudson for a few months when my husband and I first moved to Florida. Then we bought a house in Spring Hill. We had a very basic camper van for a while - back seat made into a bed, and it had a table, but that was it. I like this one - too bad I'm working in TX through the end of March.

Is it silly that I have a class C and am thinking of replacing my SUV with a SMB? I just want something I can take off in at a moments notice, and living in the C, I can't really do that. I thought about a rooftop tent, but... idk.

That is interesting. I guess they could be behind the cabinet doors above the A/C?

Re: 1999 Sportsmobile conversion van - $9900

I'm not sure what the A/C looks like (so maybe we are talking about the same location), but it looks like the microwave may be in the cabinet in the upper left rear that has the door that has hinges at the bottom. The two black circles on the forward side of that cabinet may be for ventilation of the microwave compartment?

Chevy chassis in that era/style of SMB is a bit more unusual.

lala412: Doesn't sound silly to me. I can completely understand wanting a vehicle that feels like an "easy getaway" vehicle to you, and it sounds like your C doesn't quite fill that mental (or actual) niche at the moment.

Viva, those vents (two black circles) you speak of are for the rear air. A lot of SMBs are done that way, Fords too.

Aha! Thanks for letting me know. No rear air in my SMB (obviously!).
