2001 EB cargo with 7.3 and 6 spd conversion, UJOR 4x4 - $20k

I've driven past this van a few times but never checked it out. The listing says it needs a couple things but pretty cool to see a manual trans E350. It was listed for $24k a few weeks ago.

Is it a 6 speed on the tree? Or if that floor shifter is for the trans, where is the transfer case lever?

Boot on the floor is for the T-case. Handle itself isn't in place in that pic (looks to be threaded? To make it removable for a swivel seat maybe?)

Trans shifter come out from the doghouse console, where the tip-out bin normally is.
