If the rebuild did not include anything related to bullet proofing (updating the critical components known to fail) I would start researching and saving for that work to be done by a reputable shop. The 6.0 bullet proofed can be a strong motor but its not cheap to have the bullet proofing done right by a reputable shop.
I personally would not touch a 6.0 unless I knew all owners and who they had do their work. There are a lot of half bullet proof jobs that dont do all the necessary work or that use sub-standard parts etc. Most sellers of 6.0 want too much for me to have room in my budget to justify the cost on the bullet proofing so I stuck with older platforms with the 7.3 where I can put my money into performance increases not motor stability.
