I've looked at that listing and that van is really sharp. 2 things that pull it from the list for me is $$ (I've got a budget cap and that one is just too spendy for this East Coaster, West Coast can handle that pricing it seems) and the V10. As nuts as it sounds - I really want the 5.4L in a later model E series. I may regret it - but I just don't need the V10 for my purposes. I think a 3V 5.4 would suit me fine.

***Edit based on mikracer's post below: You are right, no 3Vs in vans...my bad. Still prefer the 5.4 for my needs though.
