This was for sale on this forum earlier for $26.5K for both SMB and trailer. At the time I was interested but it was in Florida.

Looks like almost a $20k flip including trailer. I guess I know why he did not post it here.

Nice potential flip indeed. I saw it in person when I gave the current owner a can of high heat coating last month. $40k is high. $6k for trailer is high. Owner might be high.

And yeah, I think $39k for a 2WD 5.4 with a less desirable layout is very ambitious.
