Nice cabinet work but if I could recommmend a thing or two to the seller:
Get away from the old school fridge, furnace and water heaters which leave big holes in the van. There are much better options now!
Get away from white commercial looking vans if you’re asking that much.
I don’t see more than $30k or so in this rig anyway. I wish him luck. For that money it should at the very least be a Duramax chassis and 4wd.
